Rent a Hamster
It may be good business to sell a dozen hamsters in a week but we don’t want people to buy pets on a whim. With the hamster loan scheme a parent can be certain that their child really will care for the pet on a daily basis before committing themselves and the pet to a life of possible neglect. Hamsters are rented for one week only, after which the pet will come back to the shop to be thoroughly checked. Cost is £5 for the week, which includes a complete cage, bedding, food, disinfectant, a book and, of course, one of our beautiful "rent-a-" hamsters.
We currently have only one hamster that we use for loan. Hazel
